BINGO- Holistically Healthy Family Summit

How it works

Throughout the summit, use your BINGO card to keep track of how you engage with the event. (Not sure what something means on the card? We've outlined it all for you below.)

Each day of the summit, February 27th - March 1st, I'll post in the Facebook group with that day's prize options and invite you to post a picture or screenshot of your BINGO card to win. I'll randomly choose one person to win each prize. Easy!

Grab your free ticket - Register for the summit. You've probably already done it! Boom, there’s a spot already done!

Attend the Herbal Mocktail Party - There will be an Herbal Mocktail Party sponsored by WishGarden Herbs on Friday March 1st at 1pm PST. Come learn how you can craft fun mocktails that you can feel good about! Be sure to tag @wishgardenherbs and share what you’re most excited to create!

Attend a live Speaker Q & A Panel - Natural Family Toolkit members will have access to live speaker Q & A panels, one on each day of the week. Attend one to mark off this spot.

Share your favorite Natural Family Toolkit resource - Purchase the Natural Family Toolkit and look through the bonus resources. When you find one that you love, jump in the Facebook group and tell us how much you love it and your plan for making it work in your family

Attend the Closing Call live - On Friday March 1st at 6pm PST, we'll have the summit Closing Call live in the Facebook group. Pop in live and comment so I know you're there, and see who is the final winner of the incredible BINGO prizes!

Attend a live event in the Facebook Group - Attend any live event in the Facebook Group. This shows up 5 times throughout the BINGO card and you can mark ONE off for each presentation you attend.

Make an action plan - There’s so much to learn in this summit, but if you’re not putting it into action, are you really learning? Post in the Facebook group, how you’re going to take action on the lessons you’ve learned. For extra love, tag the person who inspired you to take this action!

Fill out the feedback survey after the summit - On the final day of the summit, I'll share a feedback form. Fill it out to mark this spot off. Be sure to include your name or email address for verification.

Apply For The Scholarship- There will be two scholarships up for grabs, to get 6 months inside the Apothecary Momma Herbal Mentorship. All you have to do is apply here. Don’t want the scholarship, share the opportunity on social media & tag @theherbalistspath, and you can cross off this square! Cause sharing is caring!

Attend a live session in the Facebook Group - Speakers and bonus live events will be happening in the Summit Hang Out throughout the summit dates. Attend any of them for a chance to mark a spot. This shows up 5 times throughout the BINGO card and you can mark ONE off for each presentation you attend.

Share the biggest way the summit has transformed your family’s health - This summit was designed to transform the way you take care of your family. After presentations have begun, share how yours is being transformed in the Facebook group for this entry.

Register for 'How To Build Your Herbal Pharmacy: Tools, Tips, and Top 5 Herbs' - Friday March 1st at 3pm PST there will be a live class to make sure you’re all set up with the right herbs, and tools for success using herbal medicines in your family. Get registered here, and mark off this square.

Introduce yourself in the Facebook group - Introduce yourself when you join the Facebook group, either in your own post or in a comment on the pinned welcome video.

Share your biggest takeaway from a presentation - Attend a presentation and share your biggest takeaway from it in the Facebook Group. Be sure to tag the speaker so they can see the incredible things you have to say!

Share your favorite presentation of the day - There will be over 9 presentations every single day, and we want to know which one helped you the most! Be sure to post in the Facebook Group, and tag the speaker, so they can feel the love! We’re all here to help you take better care of your family, and it feels good to know when we make an impact!

Attend the Herbal Tea Blending Workshop - There will be an Herbal Tea Blending Workshop sponsored by the Apothecary Momma Herbal Mentorship! Come learn how you can create delicious herbal teas, that even the pickiest kids will love! Be sure to tag @theherbalistspath and share what herbs you’ll put in your tea!

Complete the worksheet for a presentation - Each presentation has a worksheet in the Natural Family Toolkit. Complete one to mark off this spot!

Attend the Kickoff Call live - On Monday February 26th at 3pm PST we'll have the summit Kickoff Call live on Zoom & stream it in the Facebook group. Pop in live and comment so I know you're there!

Complete + share the IG story graphics (tag @theherbalistspath) - We've got some fun Instagram Story templates just for the summit to learn more about you! Complete a set and post them on your Instagram Stories, tagging @theherbalistspath, to mark off this spot.

Find an accountability partner - Use this thread in the Facebook group to find a buddy to make progress with during the summit!

Can I win multiple prizes?

You can only win once so enter for prizes you want to win!

How do we “turn in” our bingo cards?

You can do a screen shot of your BINGO card, and post it in the Facebook group here.

Is there a cutoff time to turn in our cards?

I'll be announcing the winner inside of the Facebook group here, every day at 6pm PST. So, I'd advise you post it by 5:50 pm PST to make sure I see your submission. Feel free to tag me @Mel Mutterspaugh, or my "herbalist's helper" @Jennifer-Patrick Layng so we see it!

Do I have to have the Natural Family Toolkit to win?

They make it easier to win, but you can definitely win without either one!

Will you verify when someone says they have BINGO?

We sure will! We'll ask questions about each of the relevant squares to ensure that only those being honest win a prize.

I don't have a printer!

No worries! Open your BINGO card in Adobe Acrobat or Preview, click on the square you want to complete, and it will be auto-filled for you on your computer.
