In practice for over 15 years, I started out with a special interest in gut health, as I have been an IBD warrior since my mid 20s. As my life evolved and I took on a bigger job, that of Mama to a girl, my interest expanded even more to the role of environmental toxins and its downstream effects on hormonal health. I have curated my practice to include a beautiful hybrid of my two interests and have an innate passion for sharing my learnings with anyone who it may serve.

My name is Beth Bollinger and I am a healthy recipe developer, holistic nutritionist and integrative health practitioner. I am passionate about teaching women to eat for optimal health, blood sugar balance and healthy aging. I am 57 and a mama of 4. I had my first child at 29 and my fourth child at age 42. My husband (an orthopaedic surgeon) and I decided at age 42 when our son was born that we wanted to live as healthy as we could for as long as possible. It was at this point that we took stock of what was working and what was not and made changes to our diet and lifestyle to reflect our goal of being around and healthy for our later-in-life baby. That baby is now 15 and I am in better health that I was when he was born. That is my wish for all of you too. That you learn to increase your healthspan and live healthier for longer.
