Behind the Scenes; Transformation and Growth on The Herbalist’s Path

Growth and transformation on the herbalist's path with new herb programs
Big things are happening at The Herbalist’s Path, and I’m beyond excited to share all the exciting changes and growth we’ve been working on! 🌿

It’s been a journey, and I know you’re busy, but I wanted to take a moment to share why I’ve decided to make these shifts and how they’ll help support you and your family on your natural health journey.

From launching a brand-new website to evolving our programs like Naturally Healed: Kid Safe Herbal Remedies and preparing for the upcoming Community Herbalist Certification Program, I’ve got a lot to share. So, whether you’re a longtime listener or just getting started with herbal remedies, let’s dive into all that’s new and exciting.

Our Brand-New Website

First up, I’m thrilled to announce the launch of our new website! It’s fresh, it’s clean, and it’s designed to make your experience smoother and more fun. You’ll find everything you need—from free resources and blog posts to all the details our herbal courses—right at your fingertips. This new space reflects the growth we’ve experienced as a community, and it’s all about making herbal learning easier for you!

Naturally Healed: Kid Safe Herbal Remedies

I’ve poured my heart into creating Naturally Healed: Kid Safe Herbal Remedies, and I’m so excited to share it with you! This course is designed to help moms confidently use herbal remedies for their kids, covering everything from immunity to digestion, sleep, and anxiety. No more late-night Google searches or running to the drugstore! This program is about empowering you with safe, effective remedies your family will actually love using.

You’ll learn how to care for your kids using natural remedies that are both safe and backed by herbal wisdom—and trust me, I’ve packed this course with everything I’ve learned as both a clinical herbalist and a mom.

Community Herbalist Certification Program

I am absolutely buzzing with excitement about the Community Herbalist Certification Program starting this January! 🌱 This 12-month program is for those of you ready to dive deeper into herbal medicine—not just for your family, but to become a healer in your community. It’s a program designed to help you address the root causes of health issues using herbal remedies and holistic lifestyle choices.

In this program, we’ll take monthly deep dives into different systems of the body, explore herbal assessment skills, and learn how to make effective, natural formulations. Whether you’ve been studying herbs for a while or you’re ready to take your skills to the next level, this program is the place to do it.

Listener Questions: Family Herbal Remedies

I’m so excited to introduce something new to the podcast—listener Q&A! 🎉 This is the very first time I’ve answered your questions directly, and it’s been such a fun way to connect with you. I love hearing about what’s going on in your lives and how I can support your herbal journey.

This week, I answered two great questions:

  • Herbs for menstrual health: One listener asked about her 12-year-old daughter who recently started her period, and she wanted to know what herbs can help regulate the menstrual cycle and ease cramps. I shared a few of my go-to herbs, like raspberry leaf and cramp bark, along with practical tips for soothing those monthly discomforts. Also, if you want some quick relief, I highly recommend Cramp Release from Wish Garden Herbs
  • Herbs in baked goods: Another listener was curious about how to use baked goods as a way to get herbs into the body. I shared how food can truly be medicine, and how incorporating herbs into everyday treats makes it both fun and delicious! From nettle-infused sourdough to elderberry scones, blueberry elder muffins, and garlic rosemary bread, there are so many creative ways to sneak in the benefits of herbs. Whether you’re using infused oils, tinctures, or teas, there are endless possibilities to make herbal remedies taste great while nourishing your family at the same time.

This is just the beginning! I’d love for you to get involved, too. If you’ve got a question about using herbs with your family, feel free to DM me on Instagram, suggest topics for future episodes, or ask your question in the show notes. Your questions inspire me, and I’m excited to keep this conversation going in future episodes.

Together, we can explore the best herbal remedies for your family’s health, and I’m here to help you feel empowered and confident along the way. 🌿
